Monthly stay terms

  • Minimum 6 months booking is required for monthly stays.
  • One month's rent as advance, plus ₹6,000 which is non-refundable.
  • The advance is returned one week after you vacate the room.

Booking policies

  • A valid ID proof (Aadhaar number or passport number) is mandatory for every adult staying. It must belong to the person who is staying — if it does not match at check-in, the booking is cancelled and no refund is given.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is made and verified. Pay by UPI on the booking page, or call CodeKasa on +91 81068 12341 to confirm. You then get a downloadable bill (PDF).
  • Bookings can be made from today up to 6 months ahead.
  • You can retrieve your booking with your mobile number or booking number, and edit it up to one week before check-in. Within one week of check-in, please call CodeKasa on +91 81068 12341 to make changes.
  • Within 24 hours of check-in, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be given.
  • Check-in from 2:00 PM · Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Payment rules

  • Pay the exact amount shown for your booking. For monthly stays this is one month's rent as advance plus ₹6,000 (non-refundable). For day stays it is the full stay amount.
  • Pay by scanning the QR or with any UPI app, and put your booking number (CK…) in the payment note.
  • After paying, enter the 12-digit UPI transaction ID (UTR) on your booking page so CodeKasa can verify the payment.
  • A booking is confirmed only after CodeKasa verifies the payment. Until then it shows as "Awaiting payment" or "Payment under verification".
  • Once confirmed you can view and download your bill (PDF) with the booking and payment details.
  • The ₹6,000 is non-refundable. For monthly stays the advance is returned one week after you vacate the room.
  • Within 24 hours of check-in, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be given.
